Niklas Björnerstedt
My passion is in helping customers get as much value as possible from IT development projects using the experience I have gained from 20 years of consulting. I have always based my work on agile ideas (even if the name agile was not coined when I started). My experience first as a developer and later in different customer roles gives me a unique ability to maximize the chances of success in an agile project. I am also a certified PMP (Project management professional).
Creating the professional agile customer
I help customers succeed with agile software development projects. To do that I perform a range of services from mentoring to taking an operational role in a project such as becoming the product owner. The projects I have been involved with have always been able to deliver working solutions that have successfully been put into production.
Complex projects
The projects that I have been responsible for have often combined modern web-based solutions with complex back-end systems. Many of these projects have transformed the operations of my customers. I have worked in a diverse range of business areas, here are some examples of projects I have been product owner for:

Contracts based on PS2000
Most of the projects I have been involved with as a product owner have used the contract standard PS2000 as the basis for the contract with the supplier. The main advantage with PS2000 is that it is built for incremental development and based on close cooperation between customer and supplier. I have also had the responsibility for a number of PS2000 procurement processes in both private- and public sector.
